Wedding during the ancient biblical times happens in three parts. The first part is "Betrothal". It is the part when a bride is engaged to a groom as pre-arranged by their parents beforehand. The second is "Presentation", it is the stage of the process when both the bride and the groom reached the marrying age and the wedding is announced. At this stage, the bride still stays with her family while the groom prepares the place for them. And the third and final stage of the wedding is the "Ceremony". It is the happiest part when the bride and the groom are united to celebrate their union. The greatest love story of all times is the relationship between the church and the Lord Jesus Christ. The church, which is the bride of Christ was betrothed to Jesus even before the creation of the world (Ephesians 1:4). The groom, which is Jesus, is ready to present His bride to His Father (John 14:2-3). But Paul was worried about the readiness of the bride (2 Corinthians 11:2-3). Are you ready for the wedding?
