To understand how we can find the love of our life and our partner for life, let's take a look at the very beginning of human relationships. God said that it is not good for the man to be alone (Genesis 2:18), so out of Adam's rib, God created Eve. Before the start of their relationship, God bestowed four things upon them. If you read carefully through Genesis 1 and 2, you'll see that God gave the first couple the Liberty to choose (Genesis 2:16), the Authority to decide (Genesis 1:26), the Responsibility to find (Genesis 2:15) and the Accountability through out the process (Genesis 2:17). In Proverbs 18:22 says, "Find a good spouse, you find a good life-and even more the favor of God". In finding the love of our life, there are matters that are non-negotiable. First of all, we must have spiritual unity (2 Corinthians 6:14-15). We must have Life Purpose Compatibility (Amos 3:3) and we must both Be Emotionally Healthy. Hear more of it here!
