He Has Done Great Things

Writer's picture: Anthony MirandaAnthony Miranda

We’re already in the second half of 2019. In January we talked about financial fitness and biblical stewardship. In February we talked about Love & Relationships, it was highlighted by our Growing Together Couples’ Retreat. And then in March we had a conversation about “Prayer”. The Purpose of Prayer, the Pattern for Prayer, How to pray with confidence, How to pray for a breakthrough and How to pray in a crisis. And then in April towards Easter, we talked about the kind of love that forgives our sin. The kind of love that conquers death, And the kind of love that makes all things new. In May we talked about our moms and mothers in the Bible. In June we talked about our dads and fathers in the Bible. And then recently in July, we talked about the five purposes of God for our lives and how to protect it. We talked about ourselves and things we can do. Today, I’d like to talk to you about things that we cannot do. Things that only God can do, and those are miracles. This month is not about who we are, but it’s about who God is. God has done great things and He continues to do so. Hear more of it here.

“When the Lord brought back the captives [who returned] to Zion, we were like those

who dream [it seemed so unreal]. Then were our mouths filled with laughter, and our

tongues with singing. Then they said among the nations, The Lord has done great

things for them. The Lord has done great things for us! We are glad!” Psalm 126:1–3 AMP
