What comes between waiting and hopping? Believing, in other words faith, is what comes between waiting and hoping. Advent is the season of expectation and the season of preparation. It is the season that links the past, the present and the future. After Isaiah prophesied the arrival of the messiah, it took 700 years before it was fulfilled. What led them through that very long wait was their hope. Hope through faith in God. If you're tired of waiting, let me encourage you not to abandon your hope. Hope is alive because God is with us.
