Whenever we look look at a crowd of people, we need to be thinking to "Go! Share the Gospel!". There's nothing new in what I am going to discuss with you today. If you have been a christian for more than a day, you know that we need to go and share the gospel. But let me talk to you about a couple of arguments in the Bible concerning the command "go and share the gospel". First, I'll be taking you to the argument of Paul. And second, to the argument of our Lord Jesus Christ. My purpose this morning is not give you more information because you already know enough about the Lord's command for us to go. My goal is to encourage you, and re-ignite in your heart the passion to go and share the gospel. All of us are destined to live in eternity. But we must not forget the fact that faith in Jesus Christ is what will separates the people who will spend eternity in heaven, and the people who will spend eternity in hell. Paul said in Romans 10:14-15 "'How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” If this is not enough to convince you that it is your inherent duty to share the gospel right at the moment you became a christian, let me remind you of what our Lord said in Luke 10:2-3, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. Go! I am sending you out like lambs among wolves." Hear more of it here!
"Everyone will spend life in eternity. But faith in Jesus separates those who will spend eternity in heaven, and those who will spend eternity in hell."
